I saw this captivating image of Grace Jones wearing (of course) S.Jones' couture hat on the cover of V's spring cover a couple of months ago online, and I saw the real issue today at the bookstore. (i have a liiiiife! a real life!)

Do you ever get turned on by seeing visuals? like..porn.
You know, that adrenaline rushing to your face and everything? but not necessarily has to be sexually wanting to do something with yourself..er......
I got that adrenaline rushing to my face when I see this image..
Well anyways, that's not the point of this post.


So.. fierce.

And what I didn't realize is that bowler hat, the placing of the hat, the smirk and with the baldness of ms Jones.. she looks awfully like Elmer Fudd from the Looney Tunes, yes?

I got the hots for the leopard like jumper, as in.. VERY HOT.... but when I see the actual garment..
2 things came up to my disappointment (note that these thoughts came up for just 2 seconds):
1. the color is much more desaturated
2. very adorable for the moment, for the moment that means with that amount it's not an investment...
So I decided to choose the center one in gray (with oh so many consideration),
the tuxedo-like jumper...

I suck at stealing, lying, and the whatnot. But I did steal something for the sake of me being there for the AFF's closing show: Vivienne Westwood for Anglomania. :9
I can't risk the thought of:

• 'maybe she will be there in person'
  
• if she was really there I won't be able to sleep well for the rest of my life regreting
  

well she wasn't there but she did make an effort to make a video greeting everyone who's there that night. (that includes me! :9)



I can't really say I was dissapointed because she wasn't there. I was pleased to see her show, with the whimsical, mockery, playful, and -as usual- rebellious style of design. Through the make-up, hair, head pieces, iridescent fabrics, cuttings, styling etc etc. And of course: COLORS COLORS COLORS

Late.AFF'09.1

Since it's already my hols, I want to keep my schedule tight, so I will not end up potato-couch-ing or found dead on my bed, with my back already shaped like my pillow.
One of the things I did is by volunteering at Singapore's Audi Fashion Festival 2009.

I dedicate this post for myself..and the people from Lasalle who has been working their brains and guts out to get their assignments ready on time.......

Here are the things I have been working on for I don't know how effing long it's been since I wrote the last post.

it took me...eff eff eff ing long to decide which....LAYOUT..COLOR...TEXT...IMAGES...JESUS...my head hurts just thinking about the things I needed to do before the due effing date.
I don't know whether I'm the one whose being slow or it's just plain ..tricky to decide....
anyways...I guess it was worth the torture?
